O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's property bearing plot No.1, comprised in Natham Survey No.358/1 measuring to an extent of 2344 sq.ft. situated at Padur Village, Padur Panchayat, formerly Chengalpet Taluk, now Thiruporur Taluk, Thiruporur SRO, Kancheepuram District.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner & respondents 2 to 7 and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders, in the light of the order passed by the civil court i.e. District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu in IA.No.888 of 2015 in OS.No.163 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
