This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.04 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.03.2014, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation was completed and charge sheet will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Land Grabbing cases), Perambalur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court at Perambalur in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
