The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the online certificate of the legal heirship certificate may be filed. A certificate under Section 65-B of the Evidence Act must also be filed.

2. Permission is granted to file the online version of the legal heirship certificate along with Section 65-B of the Evidence Act.

Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.

3. The matter is now referred to the learned Master once again on 25.06.2024 for recording further evidence of the petitioner.
