This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fifth respondent to provide loan to the petitioner's business based on the representation of the petitioner dated 31.05.2022. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for respondents 2 to 5 submitted that already the loan application submitted by the petitioner was rejected due to poor CIBIL Score.

Therefore, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
