This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to cancel the Anticipatory Bail granted to the respondents 1 and 2/Accused in Crl.O.P.No.19749/2017 dated 21.09.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submitted that in a connected matter, this Court has granted stay of further proceedings in Crime No.14 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.8276 of 2018.

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, after the disposal of the quash application depending upon its outcome.
