Alleging that patta has been wrongly given in favour of one Balakrishnan, a representation was made by the petitioner to the respondents. On the receipt of the same, the first respondent has directed the respondent No.2 to send the representation to the Revenue Divisional Officer. disposal of the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 2 Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation dated 29.5.2015, the respondent No.1 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the said Balakrishnan.

The Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
