Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the applicant to execute the personal bond on behalf of the first petitioner.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed by the Power of Attorney of the petitioners seeking to execute a bond, in accordance with the order of this Court dated 01.12.2016 in O.P.No.610 of 2015 granting Letters of Administration to the first petitioner. By the said order, this Court had directed a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) to be executed by the first petitioner. 2.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners herein that the petitioner herein as a Power of Attorney was granted wide powers including the power to do all necessary acts in relation to the filing of probate proceedings before this Court. It is also stated that the Principal has left to Canada and consequently permission is sought for the applicant herein who is the agent to execute

the bond.

I have considered the statement made at the Bar. Execution of personal bond being a procedural requirement, this application is allowed.
