This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 not to interfere with the civil dispute of money transactions between the petitioners and the third respondent. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

In the money or property or civil disputes, the respondents 1 & 2 have no role to play. Therefore, the respondents 1 & 2 are directed not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the third respondent. At the same time, if any cognizable offence is made out on the complaint lodged by the petitioners or the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to proceed as against them in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
