Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the orders in Crl.M.P.No.915/2022 dated 18.04.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai 08 under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest act 2022 and quash the same and further directions to the 1st respondent not to take any coercive steps to vacate the petitioners from the secured assets.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to challenge the order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

As prayed, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
