ORDER

Since the issue involved in both Writ Petitions is one and the same, these petitions are taken up for final disposal by way of a common order.

2. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.16855 of 2023 filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 within a stipulated period and consequentially to direct the second respondent to furnish the information and copies of the documents in compliance with the order passed by the first respondent in Case. No. SA.22150/F/2022 dated 13.04.2023.

3. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.16857 of 2023 filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 within a stipulated period and consequentially to direct the second respondent to furnish the information and copies of the documents in compliance with the order passed by the first respondent in Case. No. SA.22151/F/2022 dated 13.03.2023.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned standing counsel appearing for RTI submitted that the petitioner's application seeking to furnish information pertaining to the administration of the Panchayat office will be considered as expeditiously as possible.

5. Recording the submission made by learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. These Writ Petitions are accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
