CRIME NO.3/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to comply with the condition (b) that the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) each, before the Special Court for Exclusive Trail of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem, within a period of 15 days from the date of lifting of lockdown and commencement of regular functioning of court below, failing which the bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed automatically as imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P. No.10030 of 2021 dated 08.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 08.06.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
