Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.7116/A4/2015 dated 14.10.2015, and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service in the Post of PG Assistant (Zoology) in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Padappai, Kancheepuram District. O R D E R

The order of deployment issued by the respondent in proceedings dated 14.10.2015 is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The writ petitioner was appointed as Post Graduate Assistant in the Subject of Zoology. On account of lack of students strength, the writ petitioner had been treated as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

surplus teacher and redeployed to another school.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, made a submission that the writ petitioner had already joined in the deployed place and serving for the past about two and half years. The learned Government Advocate made the submission based on the instructions given by the departmental authorities.

4.Since the writ petitioner joined in the deployed place, this court is of an opinion that the no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. This apart, Teachers are to be deployed and re-deployed based on the students strength as per the Government order in force.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
