PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to hold on enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent and consecutively to provide the clear Delivery Report of the post consignments No.RT538673243IN dated 10.10.2020 and RT556947465IN dated 17.10.2020.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to hold enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent and provide the clear Delivery Report of the post consignments No.RT538673243IN dated 10.10.2020 and RT556947465IN dated 17.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is an Advocate, took private notice on 10.10.2020 and

17.10.2020 to the fourth respondent in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.591 of 2020, however, delivery report was not furnished to him. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the delivery report is very much available with the respondents 2 and 3 and if the petitioner approaches the respondents 2 and 3, they will serve the delivery report to the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents 2 and 3 for getting delivery report. No costs.
