O R D E R
The petitioner, who is the husband of the respondent, has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2015 within a time frame.
2.The Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2015 has been filed by the revision petitioner for divorce on the ground of cruelty.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent had already filed her counter and the Original Petition is ripe for trial.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
