[ RESPONDENTS ] Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st Respondent passed in Letter No.30900/TPA-1/2007-19 dated 02.11.2010 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to regularise the Petitioner as Junior Assistant on the date of his initial appointment with all monetary and attendant benefits.
