Seeking a direction to the respondents to return the individual marks statements of the petitioner, pertaining to her results for the Semesters I to VI in B.A (English) Course and also issuance of a Provisional Certificate and a Consolidated Marks Statement, the petitioner has filed the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that since the marks sheets have already been issued to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
