With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Heard Mr.V.Prakash, learned Senior counsel appearing for Mr.K.Sudalaikannu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr. Yashod Varadhan, learned Senior counsel for Mr.D.Prabhu Mukunth Arunkumar learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Senior counsel appearing for both sides that no longer there exists strike, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition cannot survive any longer. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
