Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 14.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.260/2015 and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It is also seen that counter petitioner has already approached this Court and obtained anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2225/2012 .
