ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue the Marks Statement of the III Semester incorporating the marks which the petitioner had secured 37/50 in the subject (UNHI35B), i.e., " An Introduction of Musiology", Consolidated Marks Statement, Provisional and Degree Certificates of the petitioner pertaining to her B.Sc (Physics) Course forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the writ petition is met with by the authorities by handing over all the certificates.

Hence nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and the writ petition is closed. No costs.
