ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the final report will be filed before the 18th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai within a period of three weeks.

3. In view of the said submissions, this Court does not deem it fit to order for transfer of investigation and there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file a final report before the concerned Magistrate Court within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
