The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner institution was disaffiliated with effect from 2013. It is further submitted that in view of the disaffiliation of the petitioner, nothing is required to be decided in this writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that this writ petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the petitioner himself admits that the petitioner Institution is closed long back in the year 2014 and that the writ petition has become infructuous. Hence the statement made by the learned counsel for the first respondent before this Court on 10.09.2018 has now been confirmed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
