Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to issue Machinery Certificate to the petitioner forthwith so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the Tender made in Tender Notice No.BRR.C.No.B4/1162/2025, dated 17.04.2025, invited by the 4th respondent for which the last date of bid is fixed as 28.04.2025 and pass suitable orders. ORDER

The writ petition is filed with a prayer directing the 5th respondent to issue machinery certificate to the petitioner forthwith so as to enable the petitioner to participate in the Tender vide Tender Notice dated 17.04.2025.

2. Upon hearing Mr.V.Srikanth, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the last date for the submission of the bid is 28.04.2025. As per the tender notification, the petitioner has to inspect the machinery, to get the inspection certificate and submit the machinery certificate along with his bid. The same has not been given and therefore the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.Prithivi, Learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the certificate will be issued within two working days.

4. It is also submitted that the last date is extended to 29.04.2025.

5. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed on the following terms: The respondents are directed to inspect as per the procedure and issue machinery certificate on or before 01.00 p.m on 28.04.2025 so as to enable the petitioner to submit his bit. No costs.
