The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 124 days in filing this Criminal Revision against the order in C.A.No.2 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. Mr.M.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalath on behalf of the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order.
