2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner preferred a compliant before the respondent police on 08.02.2015 about damages to his property to the tune of Rs.60,000/- and no action has been taken by the police. Therefore, he has come forward with this Original Petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate submits that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.02.2015 was treated as petition in CSR No.172 of 2015 and after conducting enquiry, the same was closed, as civil in nature.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
