ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 408, 409, 465, 468, 471 and 477(a) of IPC in Crime No.2 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who is the Secretary of Needamangalam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Bank, has misappropriated a sum of Rs.15,72,593/- Based on the complainant made by the defacto complainant, the law enforcing agency registered the case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution He further submits that there was no revenue loss to the said bank. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner's earlier bail application before this court in Crl.OP.No.12700 of 2021 dated 28.07.2021 was dismissed as withdrawn. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submissions on either side and the fact that the misappropriated amount involved in this case is Rs.15,72,593/- and there is no change of circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
