This Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register a case based on the complaint, dated 28.01.2014. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint of one Mangalakshmi for offences under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 506(i) of I.P.C.has been assigned CSR.No.E/40832 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2013 dated 07.02.2014. This is a case in counter. The complaint was given by the petitioner and was enquired and found to be false and therefore, enquiry was closed on the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. The second respondent police is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner so as to enable the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
