(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 4 (1) (aa) and 4 (1-A) of TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.1900 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for the petitioners has become infructuous.
