This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to file a report pertaining to the detention of the detenu by name RANI BISWAS and also to direct the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, to dispose of the petition in Crl.M.P.No.3836 of 2025 in Cr.No.192 of 2025. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the miscellaneous petition in Crl.M.P.No.3836 of 2025 in Cr.No.192 of 2025 itself has been disposed of by the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, 2/4
on 15.05.2025 and produced a proof for the same. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and hence the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
