This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1837 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the de facto complainant has already died.

4. It is seen from the records that FIR is of the year 2013.
