The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023 and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as a Panchayat Secretary in Angadu Panchayat. 2.It is the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner was transferred from Angadu to Arumanthai, however, the said submission was objected by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that initially the petitioner was transferred to Arumanthai Panchayat on 27.06.2023 and thereafter, the same was challenged in W.P.No.26952 of 2023 pursuant to which the order dated 27.06.
2023 was revoked and re-transfer was ordered to Angadu Panchayat vide order dated 11.09.2023. The learned Government Advocate brought to the attention of this Court that the Angadu Panchayat President had challenged the said re-transfer order in W.P.No.29523 of 2023. In the same, there is an order of status - quo and the status - quo still operates.
have any grievance in respect of the transfer order. 4.According to the petitioner, she wants her representation sent on 30.10.2023 to be considered. While looking at the proclivity of the proceedings, instead of directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023, this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the respondents within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the same upon its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 5.The writ petition is disposed of.
