Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11720 of 2020 order dated 06.08.2020 in the bail application in the cr.No.1709 of 2020 that the petitioner / accused 8 has signing before the Tiruvallur Town police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.11720 of 2020 order dated 06.08.2020 in the bail application in Cr.No.1709 of 2020 that the petitioner / accused 8 shall sign before the Tiruvallur Town police station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m,

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for more than 57 days. He would further submit that the petitioner is an innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner also gave under taking that he will co-operate with the investigation officers and there would not be any breach of peace in the occurrence place. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions and one previous has been case registered against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11720 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30p.m, until further orders.

5. With the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
