This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18913 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.21733 of 2023 dated 17.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, final report is filed in this case.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
