This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 172 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with illegal possession of 5 Kgs of Ganja Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner ready to abide any conditions and also the contraband seized from the petitioner is intermediate quantity. He prays to allow this petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having one previous case.
5. Considering the fact of the case, the petitioner is having one previous case. On seeing the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
