Crl.M.P.No.9364 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.182 of 2021 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to grant leave to the Petitioners, in the place of the deceased Appellant viz.John Amalraj, to continue the above Criminal Appeal No.182 of 2021.

2.The learned Counsel for the Appellant submitted that the Appellant is the Complainant before the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

3.During the pendency of the Appeal, the Appellant died. Therefore, the above Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed.

4.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
