This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to peacefully carry out the operation of wind turbine TATAAK-17 in the land comprised in S.F.No.200, 201 and 202 of Anaikadhavu Village, Madathukulam Taluk, Tirupur District based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.04.2025.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.04.2025, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
