ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the Judgment in C.A.No.04/2022 dated 14.03.2024 of the Principal Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri confirming conviction and sentence passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrict Court, Denkanikottai in STC.No.566/2018 dated 11.08.2021.

2. Both side counsels appeared and submitted that matter is settled between the parties to that effect filed joint compromise memo. The terms of the joint compromise is forming part of the judgement and the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in STC.No.566/2018 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrict Court, Denkanikottai. Accordingly, the petitioner is acquitted of all the charges levelled against him.

3. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Pending petition, if any, is closed.
