This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 11876 of 2024 on 16.05.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are relaxed and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
