ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the contempt of order of this Court made in W.P.No.6422 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020. 2.Mr.S.Kanakesan, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Economic Offence Wing, Vellore District, was present at the time of hearing 3.The learned Government Counsel submitted that the attachment pertaining to the property belonging to the petitioner that has been lifted and in order to substantiate the same, the encumbrance certificate dated 02.11.2021, was produced before this Court and it is seen that the attachment has been lifted insofar as Survey No.244/1B1A1,244/1B 1B - 2250 sq.ft. A letter to this effect has also been addressed by the Sub Registrar to the Inspector of Police through letter dated 02.11.2021.
