Crl.M.P.No.8080 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9074 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9074 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Maduranthakam daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9074 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram daily at 10.30 a.m., for 30 days and all other conditions shall remain unaltered.
