Prayer in CRP (NPD) No. 505 of 2016: Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.07.2015 passed in RCA No.157 of 2014 by the Learned VII Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the Judgement and decree dated 19.12.2013 passed by the Learned X Judge Court of Small Causes, Chennai, in RCOP No.826 of

2009, u/s 4 of the act.

Prayer in CRP (NPD) No. 362 of 2016: Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.07.2015 passed in RCA No.157 of 2014 by the Learned VII Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Court of Small Causes, Chennai, confirming the Judgement and decree dated 19.12.2013 passed by the Learned X Judge Court of Small Causes, Chennai, in RCOP No.828 of 2009, u/s 4 of the act.

For Petitioner : Mr.K.P.Ashok C O M M O N O R D E R Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw these Civil Revision Petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 03.03.2016 arr
