This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to to set aside the order of dismissal dated 23.02.2022 made in C.A.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge No.IV 1/4

Erode District at Bhavani in C.C.No.150 of 2010 by Judicial Magistrate No.I of Bhavani dated 04.10.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law.
