ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash F.I.R in Crime No.292 of 2014 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that all the alleged transactions are business transactions and no intention of cheating established by the 2nd respondent. He would further submit that according to the 2nd respondent he preferred the complaint only for recovery of business dues, for which he should approach civil forum. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that, it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to furnish the particulars before the law enforcing agency to prove his innocence and issue direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation within a time frame.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on instructions, he would further submit that the investigation will be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.

5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to issue direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation in Crime No.159 of 2014, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the law enforcing agency for early completion of the investigation.
