Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents/police to render necessary police protection to the life of the petitioners staff members in the said quarry site and to protect the granite blocks cut by the petitioner and lying at the site, by taking action against the said Selvaraj, Thennarasu and his henchman for causing life threat to petitioner's staff members, and for preventing any theft by Selvaraj, Thennarasu and their henchmen by registering FIR against them, on the basis of the complaint dated 27.02.2015. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register an FIR, on the basis of the complaint dated 27.02.2015.

2. I have the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.109 of 2015 has been registered on 19.03.2015 for offences under Sections147, 294(b), 447, 323 and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
