Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, in support of this petition, delay is condoned, on condition, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the credit of the Madras High Court Retired Officials Association, 5th Floor Building (Basement), New Additional Law Chambers, High Court Buildings, Chennai-104, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall file a proof of payment before the Registry.

Thereafter, the Registry is directed to number the revision petition, if the same is otherwise in order.
