According to the petitioner, he made an application dated 12.08.2015 to the respondent seeking educational loan to pursue the degree of B.E in Mechanical Engineering at KSR Engineering College, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District. However, the said application was not considered till date. Hence, he has come up with this writ petition seeking appropriate direction to the respondent in this regard.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the course for which the educational loan was sought by the petitioner, itself was over and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
