[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu - Guhanprabhu and detenue - Kanishka. She has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent for the production of the detenus.

2. Heard both sides.

3. We find that this is nothing but a matrimonial dispute. Prima facie the child is not comfortable with the petitioner and, therefore, we feel that the parties can be directed to appear before the District Mediation and Conciliation Center at Dindigul, for mediation, for which the petitioner is also agreeable. Therefore, without expressing anything on merits, we are inclined to close this petition. The parties are directed to be present before the District Mediation Center, Dindigul for mediation. The District Mediation Center is directed to issue notice to the parties fixing the date for the appearance of the parties for mediation.

4. In the result, This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed however with the above directions.
