This petition has been filed to amend as Crime No.97 of 2024 instead of Crime No.96 of 2024 in Order dated 26.04.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.10352 of 2024.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for and time is extended to comply the order of this Court dated 26.04.2024, for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
