Seeking for a direction to the respondents to investigate and file a FIR against the said E.B. Staff Mr.Santhanam upon the complaint given by the petitioner on 15.12.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3.On reading of the complaint, it does not make out any cognizable offence. Hence, no positive direction can be issued and the petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
