ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 11.09.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.14154 of 2020 by directing the 2nd petitioner to report before the respondent police as and when required instead of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 14154 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 with some conditions. He would further submit that the 2nd petitioner is a lady and suffering from ailments. Hence, he seeks to modify the condition imposed by this Court in the above Crl.O.P to the effect that the 2nd petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall report before the respondent police as and when required instead of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m. He would further submit that he is not pressing this petition with regard to other petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required instead of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m.
