Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2013 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 2nd Respondent and register the same above crime and investigate.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2013 pending on the file of the 4th respondent to the 2nd Respondent and register the same above crime and investigate.

2. The petitioner seeks direction to the first respondent to transfer the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2013. Now, almost five years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so adviced. 3.

With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
